The initial payment
To confirm and reserve the date of your event, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total booking amount is required. Your reservation will be confirmed once this payment has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day before the event, prior to installation or delivery.
IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION, ANY AMOUNTS OWED OR REFUNDABLE WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON THE SERVICES PROVIDED, WORK PERFORMED, AND EXPENSES INCURRED, IN ACCORDANCE WITH BALLONS UNIQUES’ CANCELLATION POLICY AND APPLICABLE QUEBEC LAW.
EXTERIEUR EVENTS
Sunshine, wind and other atmospheric conditions greatly affect balloon decoration. For all outdoor events, classic balloon decoration, deliveries and balloon structures cannot be guaranteed to be weatherproof. Customers must have a secondary plan to include an interior location for set ups.
Helium balloons
We recommend that balloons be placed indoors, and not in extreme weather conditions.

12” float for 12-24 hours
18“ - 36” float for 1-3 days
rental items
All rented items must be returned exactly as rented. Any damage will be automatically charged.
Delivery &
installation
Please note that delivery and installation are additional charges. Delivery charges will be calculated according to kilometers traveled.
